It's the only vehicle mod I've been able to use without the game crashing within 5-10 minutes of using it. This is a useless perk, trying to get you to play the game less. Yet, I'm absolutely loving Fallout 4: 1000 hours in, at least 5 different complete playthrough, a dozen partial playthough, extensive use of mods, creation of character builds, I'm totally invested.
